Favorite brewery other than Pizza Port- Russian River and not just cause Vinnie is a Laker fan.

Favorite Type(s) of beer- Literally everything from Lagers to Imperial Stout across to Belgians.  Right now I am entering a sour beer phase that I don’t see ending anytime soon.

Favorite Pizza Port Beer(s) and Why- Wipeout IPA- Hoppy as hell and delicious
Dubbelicious- A great Abbey Style Beer, Santa’s Little Helper- Made me fall in love with Imperial Stouts (before Night Rider came along).  But the highlight would be Cream de Larry- the first batch of beer I solo brewed on.

A memorable Pizza Port experience- The 2005 San Diego Festival of Beers…my true initiation into the world of Port Brewing.

Your goals as an employee of the greatest brewery in the world- To make and drink the best beers ever and to have more house beers on tap than Solana Beach.

Hobbies- Surfing and all sports- and Washoes

Pets and Pet Peeves-There are two things in this world that I cannot stand people who don’t tolerate other cultures and the Dutch.

Other interesting things that people should know about you- That I can hold a dozen donuts in with no hands.
