Capital of Craft Can Release

The 2022 Capital of Craft IPA is a crisp, tropical fruit-forward hoppy ale/lager hybrid. The use of Hana barley malts, which is a Czech heirloom variety, delivers an authentic, complex Pilsner malt flavor. A hop profile of El Dorado, Sativa, Moutere, and Nectaron gives the Capital of Craft IPA notes of tropical fruit and citrus. You can expect really clean flavors that will showcase the malts and hops from fermenting at a cooler temperature and blending in lager yeast.
