Grainbakers Class at the Pizza Port Tasting Room - San Marcos

Once your dough is ready, get creative with a variety of flavor options including Dark Chocolate & Cherry, Cheddar, Jalapeño & Bacon, UBE Cardamon and Spice (Purple Sweet Potato), Honey Sea Salted Whole Wheat and more. The class includes a live demo, a mixing session, a take-home dough in its first rise, extra spent grain for future baking, and a recipe guide to keep the bread-making going.
