Pizza Port Brewing x 38 Degrees Alehouse: Flight and Bite Night

Join us for a special collaboration between Chef James Boyle and the crew at 38 Degrees Alehouse, teaming up to create a special tasting menu of tasty bites and craft beer flights.

They’ll be curating the following bites to pair with beers from us at Pizza Port:

 1. Just a Squirt – Kettle Sour (5.0%)  

Watermelon & Scallop- mint, Aleppo pepper, mango

2. Fermenting Change - West Coast IPA (7.2%)

Grilled Shrimp “Tostadita” crispy corn tortilla, shredded cabbage, guacamole, red radish, habanero glaze, cilantro 

3. Black Cat - Black IPA (6.5%)

Miso glazed eggplant, Sesame, Crispy shallots

4. Chronic Amber - Amber Ale (4.9%)

Seared Duck Breast- pomegranate gastrique, couscous
