In this hands-on class with the Grainbakers, you’ll learn how to make Spent Grain Artisan Bread Dough from scratch. Once your dough is ready, get creative with a variety of flavor options including UBE Purple Sweet Potato, Cinnamon Raisin, Rosemary & Sea Salt, Dark Chocolate & Cherry, Tomato Basil, Cheddar, Jalapeño & Bacon, and more.
Feeling inspired? Bring your own mix-ins, we’re all for frozen fruit, fancy cheeses, or anything else that sparks your flavor imagination.
The class includes a live demo, a mixing session, a take-home dough in its first rise, extra spent grain for future baking, and a recipe guide to keep the bread-making going. Come for the grains, stay for the good times!
